Making Yourself Indispensable At Your Job

Matt Moran, Business Consultant http://www.KreativeKnowledge.com, will offer proactive career ideas that cross industry boundaries - taken from his book, “The IT Career Builder’s Toolkit.”

Matt’s presentation will address the attitudes and aptitudes to help you have maximum impact on your job. Learn pragmatics like simple organization and time management, how to self-promote without hype, and how to position yourself as the go-to resource for ideas and projects. Matt will also share a simple flow chart to deal with criticism - even when delivered unconstructively; why your job title is not your role, and how to verbalize and identify your value to the organization.
